Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://dripmore.com/ website, placing orders over the phone, or conducting business with any representative of the company.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your address, name, and payment information.

Return & Credit Policy

Thanks for shopping at Drip More! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


• You may return unopened products in original packaging within 10 days from the date
which the order was placed, for a credit to your account. Only qualified, unopened,
unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a credit.

• Non-defective returns of 500 bottles or more will result in a
one dollar ($1.00) per bottle restocking fee.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, the issue must be reported to customer service within
48 hours of delivery to receive a credit or replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Damages and/or discrepancies should be reported to orders@dripmore.com.


• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If your return is approved, we will apply a credit to your account which you can use towards future purchases with Drip More.
• If you choose to close any wholesale account with an existing credit balance you will forfeit that credit and it will not be returned.


• Drip More only offers credit or exchange if within the proper time period; We do not offer refunds.


Shipping costs for the return of any non-defective item will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is made, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking
effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
